How to Apply for $1,000 Scholarship

  1. Write a 2-3 page essay about how pediatric cancer changed your life.

  2. Must be double spaced using a 12 point Arial font.

  3. Please email to isaacdavidporogi@yahoo.com and put scholarship on the subject line.

   4. Must sign and email release form giving permission to post your name, where you are from, and maybe           pictures on this website and his Facebook page.

Who Qualifies

    Anyone who either had pediatric cancer or has gone through a pediatric cancer journey with someone close to them.
